Well, I can say that the TLTSID looks like a cookie that gets injected into the HTTP headers by a product called Realitea from Tea Leaf Technologies. Does your company use that product?
Sounds like you want to explicitly set your cookie policy to Compatibility and see if that helps. Good luck.
