"failed" means no real job done.
"response" means encouraging.

Thanks

Hi Fei Li,

I tried to connect to my etrade account and failed. Everything looked OK but at the last it repeated to ask to login again.

If you got a response from the server, why do you think https failed?

Anybody succeed some https side? if so, how?

We have helped plenty of people with https problems, as you
will see in the mailing list archives. They succeeded like this:
http://jakarta.apache.org/commons/httpclient/sslguide.html

cheers,
 Roland

PS: next time, "try" with the real message
