Such values are sent by the server in a page with the form.
You can not hard-code the value into your program, because
it changes. You have to get the page from the server, search
for the value in that page, then send a new request including
that value to get the page you actually want.
In case this sounds too confusing, here is what I mean:
Client Server
------ ------
GET ... ==>
<== page with encrypted value (w/enc)
[scan returned page
for encrypted value]
POST w/enc ==>
<== redirect to page you want
GET ... ==>
<== page you want
The "redirect" response is optional, if you're lucky the
server sends the page you want directly in response to the
POST request with the encrypted value you got in response
to the initial GET request.
