Hello Venkat, our unit test classes are hard-coded against the SUN JSSE, while the IBM JDK ships with IBM JSSE as the default. You can either adapt or disable the SSL related test cases. See the classes in src/test/org/apache/commons/httpclient/ssl/ The certificate you need to load is there too.
