CoreConnectionPNames.MIN_CHUNK_LIMIT equivalent in 4.3.1

Hi,

CoreConnectionPNames is deprecated. I could not find MIN_CHUNK_LIMIT
configuration in 4.3.1. The closest I can see is
ConnectionConfig.bufferSize. Not sure if they are the same.

Any idea?
