One Update on this : When i dont pass the domain name to NtCredentials it is returning 200 Message. Actually i am porting the code from 3.1 to 4.3.2. When the code was using HttpClient 3.1 they were passing the domain name to NTCredentials it was working fine for them but i am not sure why it wasnt working in this latest 4.3.2 HttpClient version..
Please tell me if there is a difference between NTCredentials in 3.1 and 4.3.2 and how they are used internally by HttpClient while execution.
