Would you be able to put a little more work into this patch?
(1) There are lots of changes in the diff file caused by the code formatting.
It is difficult for me to see what changes are functional and what are not
(2) Similar changes need to be made to DefaultListeningIOReactor for the
consistency sake.
(3) Consider using HttpParams interface to pass the timeoutCheckInterval value
