Description:
MultiThreadedHttpConnectionManager.getConnectionsInPool(hostConfiguration) will
create HostConnectionPool entries that will not be cleaned up unless they are
later used for communication. This should be changed to not create pools in
that method, but rather return 0 for a non-existent pool.
