Hi Oleg, I added a sentence to the release notes about SIP messages. I still hope that might attract some new users :-)
The NOTICE.txt and README.txt were using different project names. I've dropped the Jakarta reference from README.txt in core and client. The names are now consistent across the NOTICE, README and RELEASE_NOTES in both components.
