[HTTPS-E Rulesets] Craigslist ruleset breaks images on Craigslist

I just installed HTTPS Everywhere 3.4.1 for Firefox and I noticed that when
I visit https://oklahomacity.craigslist.org/ with HTTPS Everywhere enabled,
images aren't displayed. When I disable the Craigslist.org ruleset, images
display fine. The associated Cloudfront ruleset doesn't have an affect
either way.  Craigslist images are served from
http://images.craigslist.org/which doesn't appear to respond on port
443.
