To whom it may concern: The Speedtest.net ruleset appears to need an additional exclusion: <exclusion pattern="^http://c\.speedtest\.net/speedtest-servers-static\.php(?:\?|$)" /> in order to fix the Flash object for the test displaying a "Config Load Failed" message after it finishes loading.
The offending request has nothing to do with ads nor tracking; it contains the list of speed test servers and is needed to be able to take a test at all. C. Liu
