Working on the fix for https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=939180 made me realise that we aren't going to be firing our nsIObserver notification when we do rewrites with the new, sane, channel.redirectTo() rewrite API that came out of https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=765934
I believe that's the "correct" behaviour, since rewrites should now be happening transparently beneath other extensions' requests, so they shouldn't need to know about and act on them. So unless anyone tells me otherwise, I'm going to retire that observer notification. -- Peter Eckersley [email protected] Technology Projects Director Tel +1 415 436 9333 x131 Electronic Frontier Foundation Fax +1 415 436 9993 _______________________________________________ HTTPS-Everywhere mailing list [email protected] https://lists.eff.org/mailman/listinfo/https-everywhere
