When I disable HTTPS-E on a specific site, or altogether, the icon remains
blue.  It seems it should turn red to note that something is disabled.

Frequently sites don't function and I have to disable one traffic
interceptor at a time to find the reason; usually FlashStopper, Ad Block
Plus, Privacy Badger, HTTPS-E.
