The latest release branch (Firefox 5.1.4, Chrome 2016.2.23) has not yet been
merged, though it has been deployed. Our workflow has changed so that we deploy
from master now. The release branch PR can be viewed at
https://github.com/EFForg/https-everywhere/pull/4214
