There is a new bugfix release for HTTPS Everywhere out today.  This is related 
to a bug reported on the Tor bugtracker:

This fixes a possible DLL hijacking vulnerability in Windows (both in the Tor 
Browser in Firefox).  All Firefox & Tor Browser users of HTTPS Everywhere are 
advised to upgrade to the latest release, v 5.2.3.  From the changelog:

  * Bugfix release: fixing a possible DLL hijacking vulnerability

Download from the usual places.
