Bug description:
When manually setting a CP inside an image I can only move the CP inside the
visible part of the image. If I want to move it beyond that, I have to leave
the CP and use the scrollbars. If I use the arrow keys to move it, it moves
outside the current visible part of the image.
Is it possible to "autoscroll" the image so that the cursor has always some
space around in all directions?
