Bug description:
enfuse produces black output if --wContrast=1 with certain TIFF files,
especially files created by align_image_stack.
Reproduce: use align_image_stack on some (slightly) misaligned JPGs. enfuse the
resulting TIFFs using the --wContrast=1 command line switch (tested only
together with --wExposure=1 --wSaturation=1)
Shall I upload a test case here (app. 5MB)?
