sometimes. sometimes it is also CTRL+SIFT+Z, and in Hugin it has been historically R. I personally prefer R to Y because Y & Z are interchanged on the keyboards I use (Swiss and Canadians). If it was CTRL-Y I'd have a total mix up between redo and undo.
