Bug description:
nona -g -o test test.pto is always crashing at the second image (Windows Vista,
compiled from trunk, ATI Mobility Radeon X1700)
Running in the debugger, the crash occurs in ImageTransformsGPU.cpp, line 658:
glTexImage2D(GL_TEXTURE_RECTANGLE_ARB, 0, GL_LUMINANCE_ALPHA32F_ARB,
destLut.size(), 2, 0, GL_LUMINANCE_ALPHA, GL_FLOAT, destLutTextureData);
