hugin_hdrmerge SVN2695 on Windows
worked past the point the 2587 crashed, but
crashed later with this message:
"caught exception in khanIteration: bad allocation
This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way.
Please contact the application's support team for more information."
