Bug description:
Hugin 0.8.0.4008.Allard
Adjusting width in canvas size for resizing the panorama, heights and crops are
proportionally adjusted too. FOV is not changed.
When adjusting height in canvas size for resizing the panorama the width values
are not adjusted. Vertical crop is changed. Vertical FOV is changed. Panorama
is cropped, but not resized.
