Title:
  remapping of single HDR image

Status in Hugin - Panorama Tools GUI:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  SVN3245, Windows XP.

* Load a single HDR image in the Images tab
* In the stitcher tab, select only remapped images as output
* Set File Format to EXR for both Normal and HDR output
* click Stich now!

the resulting file has the extension .TIF and not the expected .EXR

Also the use of "Normal" to qualify the Output and File formats on the dialog
is quite confusing in this case where the input file is a single HDR rather
than a single LDR or a stack of LDRs.

After the string freeze is lifted, I would suggest to use the following
terminology in the Output section in the Stitcher tab:

"Single Exposure" instead of "Normal"
"Merge Exposures to HDR" instead of "Merge to HDR"

For the File Formats, I am not sure if we need the HDR Output field when not
blending. Replacing "Normal Output" with "Single Exposure Output" will make it
applicable also to EXR, and correcting the extension under which it is saved
would be the icing on the cake.

Is there a reason why hugin currently only saves in EXR format and not in
radiance HDR?
