lax crop settings usability

Bug description:
on my last project i had an odd output from enblend. there was a very strange
gradient even though the single images seemed to look correct.
it turned out that i mistakenly entered a wrong value to one image's crop
settings. the right crop value was higher than the actual image width.
clearly my fault, but in my opinion hugin should at least warn me that this
value is bogus or limit the values.
i just wasted 2 hours playing around with enblend parameters before i found out
the error.
