fine tune only works with identical size images

Bug description:
Fine tuning control points only works if the images have the same
degree/pixel resolution .
i.e. it isn't possible to fine-tune two images taken with the same camera at
different zoom settings, even if hugin is aware that the photos have differing
FoV.
Similarly two images with the same FoV, but different pixel dimensions can't be
fine-tuned.
