Just don't optimize the parameters of the "fixed" photograph.
Should be quite doable with the new xyz displacements.

At the very least, if you could add rubber-sheeting to hugin that would be so
helpful!!! Or be able to add a pic that can not be distorted and the other pics
must match up to the master pic.
