What's done in hugin should not influence this bug. Because if you start stitching, hugin_stitch_project is started as own program and this is generating the makefile.

Next I switch to the "stitcher" tab, and click stitch now. This results in: " no way to make target <dest>.tif needed for target all" . Ticking and unticking "exposure corrected LDR" as remapped output to keep results in the makefile being updated apparently, because restarting the stitch now works....
