Optimizer crashes when images are given Exif+lens file

Bug description:
Open Hugin, add images, add control points, (without saving) hit
optimise button.
Crashes at RunLMOptimizer() call, line 158 in
PanoToolsOptimizerWrapper.cpp.
It seems malloc's double free error from what I gathered from GDB.
This is quite critical as it is a very very straight forward usage for
quick panorama.
