Public bug reported:
Somehow my system is in a state where Hugin wont launch even after I
uninstall and reinstall it. Ive uninstalled/reinstalled sevaral times
with no improvement. The Debug report "Hugin" dialog launches but
that's as far as I can get. Is there some way to get past this? I can
no longer run the application. This is on Windows 7 64 bit. Hugin is
2016 v2.0
