Thank you, turned out that -GPS:all is in fact the default already. The
problem was caused by firejail profile for Hugin. Closing as invalid.

  Geotagging information lost in the final output

Status in Hugin:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  My panorama input is a bunch of JPG photos - all are geotagged. When I
  use Assistant exporting the image to JPG the GPS location is stripped
  from Exif data - I would expect this information to be retained (e. g.
  use the GPS data from the first/last image in the list).
