Hello,
the license grant headers point to
or obtained by writing to the Free Software Foundation, Inc., 51
Franklin Street, Fifth Floor, Boston, MA 02110-1301, USA.
The FSF has changed address since then and the current version of the GPL v2
https://www.gnu.org/licenses/old-licenses/gpl-2.0.txt
suggests a license grant header that avoids the whack-a-mole update FSF
address by using an URL instead.
Find attached a patch to update COPYING from the above URL and also
update the licesnse grant headers.
