This can be achieved by setting the exposure value to zero.
You can do this by using the "Reset values" on the images tab.

Bug description:
I don't find a possibility to disable the exposure correction.
An option "no exposure correction" should be provided. It is needed when Hugin
is used just for aligning images of a focus stack or exposure stack.
