Title: "could not decode image" when path contains non-latin chars Status in Hugin - Panorama Tools GUI: Confirmed Bug description: Hugin fails to add files to project if there non-latin characters (i.e. cyrillic) in path, gives "failed to decode image" message. Also, when cyrillic letters are used in project file name, they are converted into ISO latin codepage when the file is created. I can supply the screenshots to make the point clear.
