The proposed filename was wrong. This is fixed in 2011.0 (Workaround for 2010.4
is to give a valid filename, which does not start with a dash/hypen instead of
the proposed (wrong) filename.)

Bug description:
I wanted to stich a panaroama with five photos. Failed, then with only
three photos. Failed, same error code. The concerning log is attached.
