The '--' is a convention used by lots of tools to separate command-line
parameters from filenames, this was added to the enblend call because
people were trying to stitch photos that had paths beginning with '-'.

  Stitching fails when two cpu cores available as per attachment:

  If I load windows with only one core available (/onecpu switch)
  stitching always succeeds.
