Would be good to know if this is a Windows 64bit build. There is plenty of information out there that OpenEXR cannot be compiled on 64bit windows. As far as I know this has not been resolved. I have experienced similar errors to that described above, which were resolved by changing to the equivalent 32 bit version of Hugin.
