I found an other issue: On Fedora 15 clicking on the splash screen did not
result in a segmentation, instead Hugin did not start. The patch did not solve
this issue.
So I wrote an own splash screen, which does ignore the key strokes or mouse
clicks (changeset 53c905b5907a).

Bug description:
Found under ubuntu 64 bits with hugin svn 4233.
To reproduce:
Start hugin, click on the white splash screen that will appear at the same
time and you'll get a segmentation fault message.
Minor bug anyway.
