Optimizer tab - visibly connect images with their lenses

Bug description:
If I assign my images to different lenses in the "Camera&Lens" tab (e.g. two
handheld nadir images are each virtually shot with different lenses) it's
sometimes not easy to remember which image number in the yaw column of the
"Optimizer" tab is connected with one of the lenses in the "Lens Parameters"
column. It would help a lot if the y/p/r columns would list
<image number> (<lens number> / <y/p/r value>)
The column description
"yaw (y):"
would have to be renamed to
"yaw (lens no. / y):"
The same goes for pitch and roll.
