Vertical Slider in preview should be enabled for Stereographic
Status in Hugin - Panorama Tools GUI:

Bug description:
Although one can change the height of a panorama in the Sticher panel
for a stereographic projection, the preview windows' vertical slider
is disabled. I don't see any reason that it should be disabled.
