I don't mind that it comes at the end, just that the indent makes it appear to be subordinate to only the previous setting and not all three of them. It should be set off on its own somehow, so that it's clear that it always applies.

That option appears from its indented state to apply only when the third button inactive, yet it actually applies more broadly to the other two buttons as well. See, for example, the attached screen shot. Changing the format changed the output when the first button was selected and the output file was a tiff. Changing to, say, png, produced a png file. So it should be moved somewhere else to indicate this applicability. Perhaps it can be the first option, all by itself?
