Bug description:
Hugin starts in the English version although DE is set in the system
as preferred language. 2012.0.0 and 2013.0.0-rc1 work as expected.
Noticed on Mac OS X 10.6 / Hugin 2013.0.0 (official download, built on
2013-11-01 22:13)
