missing optmiser and exposure butons

Bug description:
i have uninstall and reinstalled this program useing hugins uninstall
...............you can see in the photo provided that i can open 2
differnt looking hugin ............. the old and the new is there a
way to get this to open on the new as it opens on the old view...when
i click on a picture that i have batched it say it can not find it so
........i close the small dialoge box and bang there is the new user
interface mark in australia contactable on 0490044964 mobile
