Bug description:
According to the README, ImageMagick is used for building the
documentation. However, the ImageMagick check in CMakeLists.txt is
fatal even if -DDOC=OFF is used.
If there is no other use of the ImageMagick tools inside enblend-
enfuse, the ImageMagick test should not happen unless -DDOC=ON.
