Title: ACCESS_VIOLATION crash on startup (Hugin-2016.2.0-win64) Status in Hugin: New Bug description: After displaying the splash screen I get a debug report window. The outline of the Panorama stitcher window and overview window are shown (the overview is undocked). I've tried uninstalling, emptying the c:\Program Files\Hugin directory and reinstalling but get the same issue. The batch and lens tools load ok.
