PTBatcherGUI Cannot Open Hugin File

Bug description:
MacOS 10.14.5 running Hugin 2019.0.0.
I created a new panorama with Hugin, then attempted to stitch it. When
launching stitch from Hugin, PTBatcherGUI reports "error while parsing
panotools script" but completely freezes and needs to be killed. When
launching PTBatcherGUI separately and loading the same file, it
reports the error but does not freeze. The full error is:
"error while parsing panotools script: /Applications/Hugin/#-hugin
cropFactor=1.4857143163681"
Since it's not frozen I'm able to open the details view which reports:
