We have now above 3000 downloads of the 2024.0 version and about 160000 for the last 2023.0 version. Nobody else have reported something similar. When you have done the mentioned steps something in the processing chain should change. So it is something special to your configuration. Maybe it is still the virus scanner or indexer which is blocking the access.
