Hi Gilles You could try downloading the latest release candidate version of hugin and friends to see if your problem still occurs. The latest one for windows that I could find was http://www.photopla.net/hugin/hugin_svn3082_20080524_setup.exe, but the current rc3 should be even more stable, though I can't find a windows build for it...
