This sounds like the lines were added by enfuse (the exposure_layers files are created by nona, hugin then merges stacks with enfuse, then blends with enblend). I can't reproduce this with either a recent enblend-enfuse snapshot or the 3.2 release. Does this happen to all panoramas or just one with particular dimensions?
