Oops, I messed-up the package manifest with 0.18.  So CPAN now has 
an otherwise identical 0.19 Panotools::Script package.

I also got the Windows laptop out from the cellar and built some 
win32 .exe versions of the various Panotools::Script command-line 
tools (including pafextract.exe and ptoclean.exe):

...all completely untested, but maybe ok.
