Well, the file originally was meant as an appetizer for Andrew
to make him inclined to document Enblend and Enfuse using the Texinfo
format -- someday, in the distant future. I expected a longer
discussion
or maybe even a rejection. Instead, Andrew, being an extremely nice
person, immediately included my contribution. Half-baked as it was.

The file will (probably) be superseded in the next version of
Enblend/Enfuse by a complete rewrite of the Enblend and Enfuse
manual pages. In fact, there will be a "Reference- and User-Guide"
for each program. And "enfuse-focus-stacking" will become a part
of the Enfuse documentation.

Yes, "enfuse-focus-stacking" is intended to be released under
GNU FDL. I just sent the necessary patch to Andrew.
