Thanks Harry. It works like a charm on this G4. The fast preview is  
very nice. This is the first time I have seen it. The interface  
feedback handles for cropping are a bit odd. I did not know what was  
going on at first. The contrast between how well the image id  
function is designed to how the crop interface appears makes me  
wonder if something is not appearing as intended. I see large  
transparent blocks associated with each activated crop handle.

I forget why the wxExecute Error occurs at the end of the automatic  
control points generation. I see that the temporary file at folders. 
501 reported in the error message looks like the beginning of a pto  
file. I was thinking this wxExecute Error problem was just another  
bump in the road that was going to be smoothed out. For me it showed  
up starting with the release series.
